Overview These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Internal Playbook (“IP”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), including our website, services, and software platform. By accessing or using Internal Playbook, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use our services. Internal Playbook is a private knowledge system designed to connect to your organization’s existing documents and make them searchable and usable for your team.
Use of the Service Internal Playbook is provided for business and organizational use only. You agree to use IP only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the authority to connect your organization’s document systems to IP and that you have permission to grant access to those materials. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with system performance, or use IP in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Access and Authorization Access to Internal Playbook is limited to authorized users within your organization. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and ensuring that only approved team members access the system. We are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from compromised credentials or internal misuse.
Your Data and Content All documents, files, and materials connected to Internal Playbook remain the property of your organization. IP does not claim ownership over your content. You grant us limited permission to process and analyze your documents solely for the purpose of providing the Internal Playbook service. Your data is never shared with other companies and is not used to train external systems.
Service Availability We strive to provide reliable access to Internal Playbook but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as necessary to maintain performance and security.
No Professional Advice Internal Playbook provides answers based on your company’s documents. It does not provide legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. Your organization remains responsible for reviewing and validating how information provided by IP is used in your operations.
Security and Privacy We use industry-standard practices to protect your data and maintain system security. While we take strong precautions, no system can be guaranteed completely secure. By using IP, you acknowledge and accept this inherent risk.
Limitation of Liability Internal Playbook is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including reliance on information retrieved through IP. Your organization is responsible for how the information provided by IP is applied in real-world situations.
Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold Internal Playbook harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from misuse of the service, unauthorized access, or violation of these Terms by you or members of your organization.
Termination You may discontinue use of Internal Playbook at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated. Upon termination, your access to the system will be removed and document connections can be disabled upon request.
Third-Party Integrations Internal Playbook integrates with third-party platforms such as Google Drive, OpenAI, Microsoft OneDrive, and SharePoint. Your use of those services remains subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for changes or issues arising from those platforms.
